Refund Policy

Uniformity and Fairness

To remain fair to everyone, we enforce this policy uniformly for everybody. We cannot make exceptions to this policy due to travel, injury, illness, relocation, or other personal reasons. While we understand reasons might come up, our goodwill will tend to be abused if we allow exceptions to this policy. 


1. Late cancel/no-shows for open play 

Members

  • Can cancel open play 24+ hours in advance for free.
  • To cancel: go to Bookings > Cancel.
  • Late cancels (i.e. <24 hours prior to the open play start) will incur a $5 fee, every time
  • To late cancel: go to Bookings > Cancel. Our front desk staff will be notified and you will be billed $5 for a late cancellation.
  • No shows (or showing up 60+ min late) will incur a $7 fee.

10-pack code users

  • Once you redeem your code, your code is no longer refundable/cancellable/reusable.
  • Since you already paid for your open play, no additional late fees or no-show fees will be charged. Canceling your open play removes you from the slot, but does not entitle you to a refund.
  • We are unable to “move” your open play reservation to a different time or day. You will need to book again using another one of your codes. 

A la carte open-play purchasers

  • Can cancel open play 24+ hours and receive a full refund as club credits
  • To cancel: go to Bookings > Hit cancel.
  • Late cancels or no-shows will result in your open play fee ($10/$15) not being refunded and you will lose it. 
  • To late cancel: go to Bookings > Cancel.
  • We are unable to “move” your open play reservation to a different time or day. You will need to pay and book again. 

2. Staying past your open play time

  • Please leave the courts promptly after your open play time is up so that others who are next can enjoy them. You don’t like when others stay in your court, so please don’t do that to others. 
  • As a member, you are able to join multiple open plays per day at no additional cost. However, you must have signed up for that slot beforehand. If space permits and at our sole discretion, you may stay on the courts if an open play time is being offered. Note that booking multiple open plays and not showing will incur the fee listed in #1 above.
  • Guests can only stay on the courts for the designated open play time (i.e. 6-8pm). If space permits and you choose to stay on, you may purchase a 2nd open play pass for the next slot (i.e 8-10pm).

3. Court rentals

  • Once a court is booked, the reservation is not refundable or changeable. 
  • Free court rentals for members
  • If as a member you book a free court and do not show or attempt to cancel less than 24 hrs in advance, you will be charged the full non-member cost ($20/hr for non-peak or $40/hr for peak).

4. Memberships

  • Memberships are non-refundable or transferrable. We do not prorate annual memberships if you cancel them. 
  • Memberships cannot be paused, frozen, or extended for any reason once they have started.
  • Affirm loans are not refundable or cancellable. You will need to continue to make monthly payments to Affirm. 
  • To cancel your membership, email support@pickleland.com with the subject: "Membership cancellation".

5. Clinics and Lessons

  • Clinics and Lessons may be canceled with 48-hour notice.
  • If canceled 48+ in advance, you will receive a full refund in the form of club credits.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not receive any credit.

6. Events, Leagues, Tournaments, Special Sessions

  • Tickets or fees for special events, tournaments, or exclusive sessions are non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • In the event of a cancellation by Pickleland, a credit may be issued at our discretion.
  • Registrations for events, leagues, tournaments, etc may not be transferred to another person or rescheduled for a different date.

Behavioral Conduct

  • Members and guests are expected to adhere to Pickleland’s code of conduct at all times. If you are removed from the premises due to inappropriate behavior, violations of our code of conduct, or failure to comply with staff instructions, no refunds or credits will be issued.
  • In cases of severe or repeated violations, membership may be terminated without refund.

Facility Closures and Cancellations

  • In the rare event that Pickleland must close due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, power outages, or public health concerns), we will notify affected members and guests as soon as possible.
  • Refunds or a reschedule may be offered at our discretion.


Policy Changes

Pickleland reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time at our sole discretion. It is the responsibility of the patron to stay informed of any changes.
