Join us each Sunday morning for a nourishing, all-levels yoga class designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll be guided through mindful movement, gentle strengthening, and grounding breathwork.
This is a donation-based class, so you can contribute what feels right for you — all are welcome, no matter your experience or budget.
